SOS Direct intercepts the MHT file in the work flow and passes the data through a conversion web service. During the conversion the MHT file will be reduced by as much as 80%. Once this is complete SOS Direct re-inserts the native Excel information into the workflow. The customer will receive the native Excel report with no addition steps or effort.
